Title: The Clean Climate Bill

How it began: Reducing emissions and putting a lot of money into the research of fuel efficiency and increasing the amount green jobs that are available to stimulate the economy and help reduce the growth of global warming.

Now what it says: People need to drive faster in the left hand lane, mostly.

What it should be called now: Clean the road on the right hand lane so old people can drive on them.
